Dear Sir, my name is Olga Silhova and I did apply for Benin e-visa ( tourist - single entry - 30 jours) for Mr. Vaclav Silha- citizen of Czechia on March 11 via https://evisa.bj/ . The whole process passed without any problem and the amount of EUR 50 + 1,50 was successfully paid, which was confirmed in web pages with an info that I have to receive an e-mail with the request number which can be used for checking the status of the visa application. Unfortunately no e-mail was received until today. I did try several times to contact immigration authorities by web form, online chat and by several e-mails ( contacts were found on https://evisa.bj/ web pages) but I have not received any reply until today. I do not know how to act – is there any way you can help us? We do not mind to apply once again and even to pay once again, but I am afraid to make some confusion as his visa was maybe already issued, but never received. His trip is coming soon – on April 20. I also sent you the e-mail already. Thank you in advance for your reply and kind support! Olga Silhova
